If your MIMS account is locked due to too many failed login attempts, use the 'Forgot Password?' feature to unlock or reset it.

Contact your form teacher or the school's General Office to reset your MIMS password if you've forgotten your security challenge answers.

Reset your MIMS password on your own by visiting the self-service portal and answering your security questions. Ensure your MIMS Challenge Questions are set up beforehand.
